This was not ... amazing!

But it wasn't bad, either.

Saultoons responds:

I can live with that!

I loved the first one. But really? Wow, douche. Wow.

wynand responds:

So you liked the first one... and you wouldn't even fund me 1$ to help us make this cartoon? and then you call me a douche haha thats funny

I don't remember Apple being GUI based, but I suppose anything goes in fiction...

hako responds:

You're probably talking about Apple Lisa or older, the one in the cartoon is an classic Mac.

Loved it, nice!

Holy Hell, mate. Holy Hell.

This is awkward. I have no idea what the fuck to say. I mean, wow.

The animation looked crude and yet, splendid, as if from the mind of a young child.

The transitions were made perfectly, completely hiding their purpose as transitions.

The humor was out of place, verging on the border between tasteless and strange. And yet, never at any point did it seem to take away from the overall mood.

Am I even allowed to call this a video? This is a short film. A legitimate short film. Over-effects completely covered up any sign that this was amateur production. Do yourself a favor, please, and submit this to the Sundance Film Festival. It's this little thing they have in Utah every year that lets independent directors such as yourself gain worldwide critical attention they deserve, as well as the funding they need to make more.

I can not begin to explain the emotional connection that I felt towards this video. I don't know how you did it.

All things said, this was literally the most amazing thing that I've seen on Newgrounds. By the way, when the remake for Out Of This World (I believe they called it Another World overseas. No idea why, it was a domestic game) comes into inception, I feel you should be there to animate it. All of it.

I'm glad you picked up on this!

As for the sundance film festival comment.. I originally really wanted to submit it into festivals but all the entries for festivals are for 2013 and i didn't want to wait another year to release the film. I might try submitting it in the future but i think because it's already premiered online a lot of festivals wont accept it? I'm not quite sure.

Anyways thanks so much for all the kind things you said and taking the time to write this review.
Expect to see more films from Marcus Graham in the near future. I'm writing a feature length film.. funding it will be my biggest battle.

I'm a writer. Not a very good one, as I'm always procrastinating. I am a gamer. I draw, occasionally, and people seem to like when I do. I have no skill with flash. I wish to change that. If YOU have skill with flash, message me. We'll make a movie.
