I Have been watching Egoraptor's videos since I was a little kid. Seriously. Since 2004, when I was... er, young? I dunno.

What I'm trying to say is that this really does Egoraptor justice. Oh, and the loading screen picture creeps the hell out of me.

You're probably talking about Apple Lisa or older, the one in the cartoon is an classic Mac.
